Q: I didn't finish first in my game but it looks like I won the first place prize anyway, why?
A: Sometimes actual first place finishers are ineligible for various reasons such as where they live.

Q: How long do I have to claim my prize?
A: You must claim your prize within 5 days (120 hours) of winning in most cases.

Q: How soon after I claim my prize will I receive it?
A: AirPlay makes every effort to deliver gift cards via email or ship Weekly Sweepstakes prizes within a couple days of your claim.
